It is the policy of this office to charge flat fees for services whenever possible.  This method allows for a more relaxed attorney-client relationship where the client is not distracted or concerned about the length of a meeting or phone call.  In addition it allows the attorney to concentrate on what he does best...the practice of law...and not detailed time keeping and billing.

Upon client request, or when a flat fee is not appropriate, attorney services are billed at $200 per hour plus costs.

Fees for some matters, such as certain Probate proceedings, are determined by statute and are subject to court confirmation.

For your convenience we accept most debit cards as well as MasterCard and Visa.

Free 30 minute consultation is available for legal matters within the attorney's expertise and ordinary course of practice.  This office does not handle litigation of any kind.  Please contact Ken Jacobs for more information.
